Gummi Bears on Crack

The other day at work, somehow the topic of conversation turned to the Gummi Bears, the Disney cartoon that was on from the mid-1980s to the early 1990s and featured a family of bears (with names like Sunni Gummi, Tummi Gummi, and Grammi Gummi) who lived inside a hollow tree. The Gummi family got into zany adventures that often found them being pitted against ogres and humans. They drank a homegrown potion called "Gummiberry Juice" to gain a superstrength that would make them bounce around crazily at enormous heights for a limited period of time. When too much Gummiberry Juice was drunk, it could have severe side effects.

So...essentially, the Gummi Bears were drinking liquid crack or, perhaps, ...? You know the writers giggled like 12-year-old boys laughing while practicing armpit farts when they came up with that plot point...
