Correctionville is turning 150 this summer! A four-day extravaganza has been planned for June. C'ville got technologically savvy a village Web site, complete with a schedule of events. What floats your boat? The Tin Man Race? Commemorative Stamp Cancellation? The Beard Contest? Or what about the Rifle and Knife raffle (is that even legal)?
My plan? Drink a fifth of Jack and then head to the festivities. It's the only way to handle running into all those people I spent seven years avoiding when coming home from breaks.
